personality;;
A polar opposite of his brother Lora, Tori is distant, meticulous, and annoyingly observational. He's skilled at pulling from people their deepest secrets simply because he excels at reading body language, the little nuances of an expression, the tightening of a jaw or the difference between a nervous and casual blink. Tori is always on the defensive and, although generally unlikely to speak, tends to be snappish or prone to cruel remarks. He doesn't expect good things from people and is innately pessimistic. He doesn't trust many, the exception being his brother and occasionally the few people they travel with, and goes into a conversation expecting to be lied to, belittled, or manipulated. Unsurprisingly he makes a good diplomat; with his ability to read people and his unlikelihood to believe anything he's told, he's difficult to mislead and he's even harder to fool. He always knows when he's being played.
He doesn't have time for many people, in the sense that he doesn't have the patience to deal with them. Him and Lora are both fluent in a variation o Greek that is so old modern Grecians can neither understand nor speak it; and when Tori is miffed about something, which is quite often, he leans into his brother's shoulders and whispers his commentary in his ear. He doesn't care if he comes off as rude because he genuinely doesn't care with people think of him. He is different from Lora in that he has little care for adventure or pranks or anything of the like; but he will follow Lora into anything, and has been his willing compatriot for decades of jokes. He is far more likely to be nice to someone if his brother is first; he follows Lora's gut feelings in many situations, especially when it comes to strangers. He is sometimes too logical to truly grasp the emotional burden of various situations and struggles to present even a front of empathy.

occupation;;
assumed crown prince of Acriens Not much is known about either of Acriens' crown princes. They are reluctant to share any personal information; and when asked prying questions of their king and government they merely share amused, sly smiles. Tori is perhaps the friendlier one, if such a characteristic can be applied to either. He's at least more likely to speak to an outsider without an ulterior motive. He is far more concerned with politics than his brother, and is more knowledgeable about the various monarchies that surround their country. |
