theme song;; Dream by Imagine Dragons
personality;;
Zezili is most like Illisha, in terms of power; Illisha is godtouched and can see and speak to the gods, and Zezili can't. But Illisha also receives prophecies only from them, and the gods often lie or mislead--Zezili, on the other hand, dreams only truths. They are occasionally difficult to interpret, and lead to misunderstandings, but they are never wrong. He rarely dreams of his own brothers, but from the times he has he's learned that he's able to change the future if he is clever or desperate enough. The good things the Fates have accomplished have been Zezili's doing; he presses his brothers to action when he knows there is something that can be done, someone that can be saved. Zezili has earned the group as a whole a kind-hearted reputation, but in truth Zezili has to strong-arm them into it every time. Illisha cannot be bothered with mortals problems; Darcelle does not see anybody worth risking their lives for; Cecille is disinterested in anybody who cannot offer him something in return. But Zezili is notoriously soft-hearted, and his brothers always relent.
He has a very bad concept of time, as he frequently gets swept up in his visions. He does not see only when he is sleeping, but has the future or past often laid over his waking vision; so he can be looking at someone in the present and three decades from now, can hear the echo of a conversation that has never been spoken. It makes him quite difficult to speak with, as he cannot often offer his full attention. Those infrequent times he does tune in the intensity of his entire concentration is rather disconcerting. Zezili has taken to wearing his hair long to cover his eyes, as they have a strange grey gleam to them that make him look blind, and it usually goads people to compassion. Cecille jokes that Zezili is blind to what's going around him, which isn't wrong, but he is not blind in the sense that he cannot see. (In fact, the opposite is his problem; Zezili Sees far too much). He has a bad habit of picking up strays and making his brothers help him take care of them, and the strays are not always animals. There are often people briefly with them, that Zezili leads somewhere safe or somewhere their destiny awaits them.

occupation;;
.. One of the four that make up the group know commonly as the Fates. pets;; The Four Fates are accompanied constantly by a pair of white ravens. They're sisters and have been with the boys for as long as the latter can remember; Cecille in particular has very early memories of one of them sitting delicately on his chubby toddler arm. Huginn is inclined to Illisha and has a temper similar to him; Muninn is inclined to Zezili, and is similarly amicable and docile. The ravens serve largely as communication relays, as the infrequent times the Fates split up the birds fly back and forth between them. They can speak the human tongue and are intelligent. As far as the Fates are aware, the sisters are immortal as well. |
